Some of us who've been on tonight and other times as well have noticed that a certain user who calls himself (or herself) Blight has been logging in quight frequently. By frequently I mean every few seconds. So we're wondering about this user. Some think Blight could be a robot from some search engine. After all, his website in his profile is google. Others believe that Blight's out to conquer our most frequent log-inners. Well Blight, whoever you are, could you clear this up for us if possible and stop being really annoying?
I wonder if he or she is having some sort of internet error going on, if so, can this person like clear it up so that he or she won't log in so many times? I thought I was bad but Damn, logging in six or seven times every damn second, come on now give me a break!
yeah, I'm all for frequent log ins, but this was really uncalled for. I think he/she was just doing to piss everyone off.

now as I look at the list of who is on here, there happens to be 1 invisible I wonder could this be the very strange Blight.
Could be, Gob, but maybe it's not. There's lots of invisible peole on here now. Apparently it's some new premium beta feature, though there hasn't been anything about it on the boards that I can find.

We'll check into the blight thing, which would have nothing to do with the invisibility beta feature. I know this because you wouldn't see an invisible person log in. But agreed that this could be annoying.
I bet he's a bot from Google. But if he is how'd he sign up? Can bots do that? Lol. Maybe he's just out to spook and annoy us all. Lol.Caitlin
You'd be surprised bots are. That's why they're called artificial intelegence lol.
well it's possible that a zone member has a bot which they use to try and bring down the site. those of you who have ever chatted on MIrc, accessible chat and the like will remember such bots who used to flood channels etc. They had usually been invented by kids who were a lont younger than most of us, and know more about computing than most of us ever will, lol

Hmmm, I'd suspect a bot if it was a new member. But it could just as well have been a bug or glitch, so don't jump on the dude so quickly, yet. Thanks for bringing this up, though.

....Nevermind just got my answer on what a bot is via IM. Sad isn't it? PS I checked his/her/it profile and the number of points for being a member for no more then a month or so! Hell it took me 4 months to get this many points. sheesh.
